Maine- "We Promise To Judge You Silently" is pretty good, actually. I think we all know that our state depends on tourist dollars and taxes from vacation and seaside homes, so we're generally polite.

Lolwut? Texas is the only state in the Union that can separate from the country and become its own country...

Granted, the decision was right after the civil war...so it could easily be overturned now. But the court has decided that states can't secede.
