Unless the man was sitting there physically making a scene with his stuff hanging out, they have nothing. Plus, at 0530 in the morning in that region it would have been dark out, with maybe just a hint of light starting to show over the horizon. Ever stand in a lit room of a house and try to look outside through the window while it was dark outside? Try it, it is pretty darn hard, can’t see much can you. So for this man to know someone was out there he would have to have stage a pretty elaborate plan just so this woman and child as they passed by at this exact time could catch a glimpse of him in his birthday suite. Now if there were no lights on, this woman should be arrested for being a peeping tom, how did she see in there? However, I don’t know all the circumstances, but if they are indeed that this man was just making coffee in the nude, and nothing more, this is a very sad day for the safety of our own home privacy.

There just has to be more to this story. Maybe I am just cynical enough, hard to believe. That a man in his house naked is arrested because a trespasser and her 7 year old, out at 5:30 AM saw him? Really. We have to be missing some key piece of information here.

If it was like, he ran downstairs to grab the phone and he was naked while the curtains were open, I'd understand that.

But if he's intentionally standing in the kitchen in front of glass people in neighboring houses can see into, naked, that's different.
