pure bullshit.

long story short,
he did make the threats
He was given an attorney
he was formally charged
He was never charged with anything under The Patriot Act. The patriot act never had any bearing whatsoever on his case.
Basically every claim made by him and his worthless mother were false. She is damn damn lucky she isn't being charged for her lies and slander

Yes he didn't have any bomb making equipment, but then he wasn't charged with planting bombs.
He was charged with making false bomb threats.
