I am not sure what to think. I think this "person" should get death but he is 14. At that age he should now right from wrong. At least you think he would. I feel for the toddlers parents.

speechless. you have to think something like this happend to the 14yr old kid to make him even attempt something like this.

does he know right from wrong? maybe not. maybe he was taught that it was ok to do stuff like this. he definetly needs some analysis and counseling.

In general... I don't think "mentally ill" people try to hide their activities with elaborate cover stories.
