Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that is utilised by many TCM practitioners to alter a patients suffering or as part of an existing treatment. The technique is said to influence the flow of both Qi and Blood throughout the body and or meridians.

Looks painful and embarrassing to me. Does it work or is it the most pointless thing ever? picked by squirmster 2 years ago

I have been cupped before. It was part of an accupuncture treatment I got. It did work but it looked like I wrestled octopii. also I had tiny glass orbs that seemed designed to do this not trash like in the pics.

No it does not work. The whole premise is a joke.

There is no Qi that is off balance causeing disease.

If someone thinks it works, it is only due to placebo effect, imagination, or just coincidence.

Why is it that ancient practices followed by cultures other than western ones are revered and worshiped as Truth. No matter how ignorant the people were of science.

Now the same primitive ideas practiced by western cultures are ridiculed (as they should be)

Cupping works as well as leaching.

Actually, leeches are bein used in limb reattachment.

I have used cupping both as part of acupuncture (meh), and as part of a BDSM scene (woohoo!)

I definitely prefer the latter!
