If this is a question you've ever asked, even once, then findagrave.com is for you. It allows you to search for the final resting place of the lifeless luminary in question. Once located, you can read their obituary, find out who their neighbours in interment are or leave flowers and a note.
You can also search the records of 23 million regular folk, perhaps with the aim to find an ancestor.
