I do believe that dog is dancing.

When I was young, my family had a beagle-cocker spaniel mix. He used to chase his tail something like that dog in the video. Never caught it, but a couple of times we "caught it" for him and he would wind up with his tail in his mouth.

Didn't work for me. Got the red "x" of death show up in the top left. Hurrruummmph.

I think maybe it doesn't have an eye. An old boss of mine had a dog that was without an eye and it looked sort of like that. It's hard to tell on that video though, since he never stops moving. lol
