I am glad she has to return to serve out her sentence, although the judge says she has to serve out the entire 45 days (minus time served). She initially got a shorter time and, forgive me for taking her side, he should have just told her to finish that off. Technically, she didn't do anything wrong, it was the sheriff. She is getting "punished" for his ineptitude of letting her go.

OK, send her to me and I promise to full body cavity search her daily ( after some double strength lysol & probably about 8 Belgian breweskies ) and if she needs to drive anywhere i promise i will drive her bentley to wherever i feel she needs to go and in order to keep her from self inflicted bite wounds I will also keep her mouth duct tapped aside from feeding time, ( big mac fries, maybe some tasty liver etc ) Miss behavior calls for a varient of "the box" I like to call "the hole - not that one" - it puts the lotion on it's skin lest it get the hose again. Truthfully, though I am sure she is clean of any diseases other then mental and spiritual I couldn't actually do it ( the full body cavity search part that is ), I would then forever then be known as that guy who boned Paris Hilton, I am still hoping to accomplish something in my life worthwhile even if it goes unnoticed by anyone else, like make a difference in peoples lives for the positive ( somehow I doubt that you would ever get out from underneath that label ) All the rest we are at 100% here.

Honestly, do any of you feel a little bit of shame? Sure, Paris isn't the best person, and she DOES deserve to be imprisoned and shouldn't get special treatment, but you all seem to practically be feeding on the wrong aspects of this case.

Yes, it is good that she is going to jail. But yes, it does make you a jerk to be rejoicing and praising the pictures of her crying about it. Have a little empathy;she may be getting what she has earned, but it's sick of you to be so excited about the emotional pain she may be going through.

Just because someone is upset does not meen I am required to care. If a guy hits my car kills my brother in the accident and is emotionally traumatized about his car being busted I do not have to be empathetic. I do not delight in other peoples pain, But I do delight in her finally having to pay some sort of price for her DUI, a horrible crime in my book.
