There is only one way to see if this is true:

Start taking the mean temperature of Uranus and see if it changes significantly over the next few years.

It's summer solstice and I can see my breath. Where's this global warming everyone's talking about? Oh, right, there's really normally supposed to still be a few feet of snow here.

While I believe that the 'global warming' we are experiencing is not entirely man-made, us arrogant, selfish humanoids are definitely contributing to the destruction of our planet.

Do I believe this article enough to start preparing for a major global cooling event? No, this article and its links are fairly one-sided (That's the Post for you, though), and to make a sound judgement on this a well-rounded knowledge of the situation at hand is required.

As much as I didn't care for Al Gore's movie (I'm a scientist, and he did use some poor science in his film), I think every human should watch it, because the majority of people could learn a thing or two from it.

Actually, all of his statistics are completely valid, and I think you'd be hard pressed to find any person actually educated in the subject who would disagree.

I had problems with some of the evidences and effects he used in his presentation, but his statistics were valid. He certainly did not make any of it up.
