 McDonalds After Ten Weeks?
McDonalds After Ten Weeks?
The creator of Supersize Me sees what happens to McDonalds food when sealed in a jar for ten weeks, along with a normal burger and fries.

The fries are just terrifying... picked by streetlight22 2 years ago

The reason for the French Fries probably not decomposing is because of the salt. Plus the fact they are essentially sterilised because they are fried help with it .Regular Fries are bigger, and in general less salty.
Plus the hamburger of the Regular restaurant is also decomposed earlier, makes me think that the food at McDonalds is actually more hygienic then the at the Regular restaurant.

BTW, this is not the same as what is happening in your stomache.

What's keeping them from decomposing is all the added chemicals though; some of which are not all that good for the human body.

Food decomposing in a jar for 10 weeks and the same in your stomach for 24 hours (or less) isn't a valid comparison. I get the point that there are chemicals added but most everything has them. I never liked the Supersize Me movie anyway. It was just one person who decided to eat McD's everyday and give up exercising for a month. He gained weight, DUH. That is proving nothing.
