Like, I have too many dropped calls, or no coverage in certain areas that others get coverage, or I'm roaming inside, but have 5 bars outside, or people leave me voice mail and I never recieve it, or I get voice mail but my phone never rings, or the phones you sell are crap and only last 9 months?

Haven't heard too many details on this story, just that on CNN, they said these people were calling around 25 times a month, usually about their bills.
