 Atheist
Atheist [video]
Atheists aren't that bad. This is NOT an argument for atheism... It's a defense of atheists. picked by Mershaullk 2 years ago

While I agree with your partially developed mind (to an extent), I also think this argument could waste a lot of time and we have more important threads to speak on...Butter Floor, for example.

Too true. It wouldn't really matter if there is a god or not, the principles are the same. I'm an athiest, but I still think the 10 commandments are fairly basic rules everyone should follow (well, apart from the honor thy god and such forth for obvious reasons).

God is only an excuse. Believe in yourself, and you'd do a whole lot better.

« drumingspz : If someone's going to down vote me for having a belief in something, at least have the balls the leave a comment explaining who/why they down voted! Just because I don't agree with the video doesn't mean I down vote it. In fact, I gave it an up vote. I hate when people just decide they don't like a comment, so they down vote it and don't try to defend their point of view. Must be a Plime newbie.
I didn't downvote you because you believe in something. I downvoted you because you called me and all other atheists 'vile fools'.

What? You expect that insulting people is going to get them to upvote you? I knew fundies (not christians in general) had a problem with simple logic, but this is really appalling.

don't even need that

poor deluded cowards unable or unwilling to face simple biological facts seek escapist relief from a poorly written fantasy.

Jesus Christ on ice skates, why all the hostility here?
It dosen't matter. I say, let people believe what they want to believe. I don't care if you're Atheist, Budhist, Hare Krishna or whatever. As long as you don't shove it in my face or try and convert me, I'm cool.
Oh, and this is clearly a blatant propaganda piece. Don't lie to me. "Hey all these really awesome people were Atheists, why aren't you?"
Gotcha. Brilliant ploy.

true enough to those who argued against my reasoning...i guess i should have taken the human nature argument rather than religion, but there's never a sole reason for anything, except maybe birth...so in general, I'll nod and smile and back slowly towards the cake...
