What was he actually convicted of? The technical crime. Posting photos of people on the internet without their permission can be problematic, but hard to prosecute. Posting nude photos of others already on the net is a copyright infringement. I'm not sure if there is a law against digitally modifying photos in this way. Regardless of how reprehensible his actions may have been, I'm interested in what they actually got him on.
I'm wondering though what implication has on you actual pornography distributors. I've fairly certain their day to day business involves distributing pornographic material.
