Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
Not everything that happens is racist. You might be able to twist it to appear that way, you might accuse someone of implying it or secretly thinking that but that doesn't make it true.
Of course such baseless accusations, such libel/slander does 99.9% benefit the people making the unfounded slurs.
The really sad thing is such false accusations makes it hard to believe the true examples of racism.

if that had been the other way round (white atleats and a black it geek) there would of been no outcry however if there was whites would still be deamed racist for wanting to get rid of the black guy
