That reminds me of a Rescue 911 (with Shatner) I saw years ago with that little boy running around with a toothbrush. God I miss that show. Used to make me cry like every episode.

I saw this story elsewhere--he was running and ran into something. It's not bleeding much because the front part of the nose doesn't really have many big blood vessels. This is all in a bit of flesh and cartilege--should heal fine and only be left with some small scars.

I guess the advice about scissors applies to forks as well. Could have been much worse--could have hit an eye.
