Well isn't that handy?

If the judge had any sense he would have said, "look dude, I'm a guy too okay? You weren't sleepwalking, you just couldn't control your urge to rape a fifteen year old girl. You just can't f**king control yourself! Guilty!" Doesn't that sound more like how it should have happened?

I admit to being baffled how that could happen.

Since he had sexsomnia and he couldn't control his urges while he was asleep, does that mean someone could get away with murder or a robbery? Sounds like a bunch of malarkey if ya ask me.

I mean, I fart and might occasionally sometimes mumble a sentence or two in my sleep but last time I checked those weren't felonies.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...This world is F-ed up!!!

Murder, yes. Robbery, no.
Considering that sleepwalkers act on impulse, a sleepwalker can't commit a robbery, because that would take planning.

Sleepwalking is real, and trying to wake up sleepwalkers is a dangerous activity, because of the impulse acting: A danger is perceived, and then the ol' flight or fight response kicks in.
