Their code does not validate though.
The w3 validator finds the following errors:

No Character Encoding Found!
Unable to Determine Parse Mode!
No DOCTYPE found!

Note that he is using the Registered Trademark symbol on "Empty Web Site"

So...he paid money to register a website as trademark...that will, by definition, have NO CONTENT WHATSOEVER.

Obviously some people have more money than brains.

Nope, nothing would not have any color. For "it" to have a property such as "white" or "black", "it" would have to be something.

BTW, the white is the background of your browser window. You see it because there is nothing else there.
