Oh, I knew you were being sarcastic, as I know you are a levelheaded Texan. I responded though, because there are many Texans, who unfortunately go outside of Texas, who feel this is true and have no problem stating it to whomever is within earshot, as often as they can.

Also, I notice your comment about "disdain for US", not Texas, which further reiterates my point since Texans also have been known to refer to Texas as the US, or at least wishing it was it's own country. :)

I mean, c'mon, have you ever seen a map showing Rhode Island covering the majority of the US. I can't find the one of Texas covering almost all of US on Google, but my company actually has one in our boardroom.

But yes, sarcasm tags would be nice.

I think I'd like to try this being the coke freak I am, though I have eaten deep fried Mars bars & could only get through half of it as it was so sickly sweet.
