I understand your pov! Today I celebrated victory over some poor "customer service" attitude with a PRO over the phone who was trying to tell me to come back another day for my 5k numbers ..for some people I was registering. She was not at all friendly or helpful in her tone or attitude but I persisted and insisted I shouldn't be "punished" for their apparent lack of organisation and got to have my numbers right away! Yay!

Well I could go on and on about this for hours and make you wish I wouldn't, so I'll suffice to say a few words. Thank you for persisting because it's the persistent people that change the bad customer service :)

And I'll mention 4 companies I have personally dealt with with exceptional customer service (i.e., you don't have to escalate the issue, you just tell them the problem and they resolve it) (in no particular order)

1) Canon
2) Wacom
3) Nordstroms
4) Costco

If you purchase from these people and have a problem you will not be disappointed.
