It seems that this guy did the second operation on the sly. Why keep this from his wife if it were a medical procedure? Just coming home and saying, "Hey, look what the doctors did?". That would tend to freak someone out, especially if it was your wife.

It is called diphalia This isn't a mutation he was born with. He supposedly lost the first in an accident, then had a second, working one, that got his woman pregnant, made for him, and decided it wasn't good enough and went and had a "better" third one made, and the second has yet to be removed.
