Taxpayer money spent funding breast enhancements
Taxpayer money spent funding breast enhancements

"Cosmetic procedures undertaken solely for the purpose of preserving or improving a person's subjective appearance will be considered only if the underlying (psychological) problem is causing difficulties that adversely impact on the member's ability to do their job..."

Heck why stop there? I have a psychological need for a bigger house, better car, a yacht, a summer home, a cruise to europe, an intimate evening with sandra bullock, matter of fact, they should just keep sending me large amounts of cash.
