Is it me or is the Oprah pic a really bad chop? I know it was 1989 and all, but still it looks like a Frankenstein. You KNOW there was a meeting and everyone agreed that this one looked the "best"...shudder

Actually there were no "Chops" used for nationally exposed work in 1989.

Photoshop was a minor league program then, rarely used for anything but Sunday newspaper ads.

Chances are the job was done conventionally.
Not much of a challenge but I agree about the quality.
