Shock burns cable thief beyond recognition
Shock burns cable thief beyond recognition
A thief in Germany was charred beyond recognition by a 10,000 volt electric shock when he tried to steal a LIVE copper cable. German police found the man's blackened remains by a set of cable cutters and pile of non-live cables he had already stolen. picked by mitzuzake 2 years ago

That is a SERIOUS candidate for the Darwin Award. Sure, there have been stupid electrocutions in the past, but getting electrocuted, because you tried to steal high, high, HIGH voltage live copper wire is quite unique in my book.
