I think the bouncer needs some anger therapy. He also needs to learn some tact. I would hope that he doesn't work there anymore. I used to be a bouncer and I was respectful while still being strict. Some even commented that I was the nicest person that had ever thrown them out of a bar. To me that was a complement.

In this case, this (lesbian) woman has obviously spent a lot of time and effort making herself look and sound (and likely move) more like a man. Why should it offend her so much when people mistake her for a man? Doesn't that mean she has accomplished her goal? But more importantly, if she's so worried about being identified as a woman, shouldn't she retain some femininity or physical hints as to her gender and make it obvious?
I'm not commenting about her lifestyle at all. I'm just wondering if it wouldn't it be more polite of her to make it more obvious in some way that she is a woman so that people aren't standing around uncomfortably trying to figure it out? And then when they guess wrong, she files a "sexual discrimination" lawsuit.
