The poor parents of that child. Without doubt that must have been one of the most traumatic things they have ever had to go through.

I don't even understand how in the world that could happen. I have a 12 month old and if she evr figured out how to do something like that, I would be so scared, I feel for those parents, but at least it was a happy ending.
