ah yes, his name is walter. he's a grumpy old man. he has several puppets, my personal favorite is jose jalapeno....on a steeek. his whole act is great though.

He once did a performance with Ronald and Nancy Reagan sitting in the audience front-row-center. He had the Buffalo Billy puppet at the start of the act, and as he comes out the puppet is staring at the two of them with its mouth wide open

Billy: Do you know who that is?
Jeff: That's the leader of the free world.
Billy: And she brought her husband.
