This is why Phoenix is trying to pass a law banning texting while driving. To which I say: good!
You wouldn't type on a laptop while driving.
You wouldn't write a paper while driving.
I don't understand how people think it's okay to text while driving.

The real issue is that the moron, like so many others, got behind the wheel after drinking. He then compounded the idiocy by trying to text. I'm with Bornbad, Darwin dropped the ball on this one!
