I agree, and I speak chinese too. If I'm correct, and this isn't some sort of colloquial chinese term that I'm unfamiliar with, then the two words together have a strange meaning, which is, "wronged official".

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!! That sucks, poor guy. I had a friend who got a tattoo in Japanese...supposedly it says "trust no one"...when asked how he knows that is what is says his reply was "the tattoo guy told me"...we often called him stupid.

Sounds about right. I have heard that a great number of tatoo removals are due to the same thing - they say something different than intended. Never ask the waiter!

Anyway, it doesn't say Coca Cola. Word for word it could mean wronged official, but 屈， the first character, can also be a surname. 臣, the second character, could just be a given name. "Qu Chen" doesn't particularly sound like Vince Mattingly though. Maybe it sounds closer in another dialect or other character-based language.
