Electronic Animated "Tattoos"
Electronic Animated "Tattoos"
Interesting idea. Not really a tattoo, as it seems to be a film that adheres to the skin, still a great idea. Also acts as a sort of mood-ring for the 21st century. picked by 2manyusernames 1 year ago

That would be amazing if they could really pull that off.

My question is can you change the pattern or design of the tatoo? Because if so, I would get one.

Am I the only person who couldn't stop thinking of this book while I read/watched that?

If you look at the backflap in the Amazon book it looks like an old Dustin Hoffman look alike. Just had to share that

That's pretty cool. What you should check is this one on the same page:

That's pretty gross. Maybe it helpls 'partners' select each other, but WHY would I want to smell my groin and armpits?

There are so many ideas for how to freak people out with this... :D

I wonder if you could do the old Steven Wright thing and get one of you but taller, then animate it so that it matches what you are doing(blinking eyes, talking, etc)...

It may or may not exist in prototype, still it isn't that far outside possibilities. Especially with the ultra thin batteries they are coming out with, technology which will only improve.

Wow, how would that possibly work? Some sort of electronic film overlaid on your skin or maybe some device/implant affecting your skin pigmentation somehow ... seems very far off, imo, but no doubt I would love to sport that.
