Okay, I can see the argument when a law is passed that no pedophile can go within 'x' number of yards of a school, park, playground etc. Many towns are so small that there is no place that a person could legaly live at, let alone go outside. (this happened in Georgia earlier this year)

Then the case is debateable.

Pedophile is too broad of a term. There is a vast difference between having sex with a 16 or 17 year old who looks and acts 18+ and having sex with a 12 or 13-year old. This case, the guy is a true pedophile.

Denying him the use of a gym is not an infringement on his human freaking rights! There is no right to the gym of your choice in any document.

How the F could something like this be allowed???
