If those limbs all worked properly that would be totally awesome. I'd want to keep them. Despite the problems I'd have in getting trousers to fit.

She looks pretty happy in the last photo on there, but if they're going to kill her I guess they best come off.

Agreed. Having extra limbs could be awesome. Unless they made you die. Then they really wouldn't help you hold multiple drinks and sign a check at the same time.

The way their spines are fused, and her hips are, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't kill her in the operation.

From the article..
"She is a miracle, a special blessing from God. But she is my daughter and she cannot live like this."
Amen to that.

Yay, they're not religious nuts! Er, well maybe just a little bit, but at least they're going to make an effort to save her.

That's a really neat story. I'm not religious at all, and definitely not Hindu, but that still seems like a pretty special occurrence. The fact that they're going to give her the necessary treatment makes me glad, and I suppose in this case, their religious belief works in everyone's favour pretty much. Ordinarily I would say I pitied the little girl, but given the circumstances I can't really find too much reason to. Cool story.

I'm so glad that her mother appreciates the significance of the religious connection, but also is totally on board with having all those extra bits removed.
That's refreshing, especially taking in that OTHER mom who killed herlself refusing a blood tansfusion based on religious wierdness.

How much do you think you could get for 1 of Vishnu's arms on ebay?

Nice work, AL! No wonder you're giving the other high 20's a run for their money...
