A wet-floor “caution” sign was still out hours later when a reporter showed up. And when the reporter began asking questions, a worker began to mop the spot.

This happened at least once a month when I worked at Wal-Mart.
We had one guy that dropped a load on the floor and then whiped himself with a towel.

I had to clean up after people several times...another reason iam glad i quit there
