She is a very great person...attractive and smart and honest. I guess some people just can't stand seeing someone else have so much and still be a nice person.

It's not an insult if it's true, and even if she is intersexed calling her "a man" is far from the truth and very ignorant.

I think it kind of is an insult to be guessing about someone's sexual organs. Especially if that person hasn't put it up for discussion themselves.

But more importantly, who cares?

I've never been a fan of her acting but I saw her on an interview once. She's smart, she's really smart and she's self-assured and independent. I get the feeling that if she were an airhead like Britney or Paris no one would question her gender.

Qualifier: I really wasn't trying to offend anyone or make a statement either way, I was just really bored.

I was not offended, I do think bored is a good word. Maybe the people that write articles about actors are just bored too. So they just say anything. Even if it is in poor taste.
