A diabetic man rushes to the hospital. He manages to pull in and collapses outside his car. Nurses rush to render aid. A meter-maid ignores the frantic life-saving attempt and tries to give the car a ticket for pulling into a ambulance bay, ignoring the nurses and even the ambulance men explanations. Unbelievable

I hope he/she gets put in a situation where they drive themselves to the hospital and then get slapped with a ticket, which might as well be a slap in the face.
