This type of thing happens. It could be worse - but it would be a stretch.

Surgeons are not miracle workers and are certainly not perfect.

Just because a surgery goes bad, just because the results are horrible, even if the results are death doesn't mean that a lawsuit is called for or will stand a chance.

There is always a risk.

Now, IF and that is IF they can prove or at least show a strong chance that the doctor screwed up than they might have a lawsuit. Just because the surgery failed, even if it made things worse, that doesn't mean the doctor didn't do all that was possible.

Umm.. he stapled his colon to the wrong organ, resulting in poop coming out of his penis.. I think that's a legit reason to sue a doctor.. I could understand if he attached everything the correct way and then it didn't help.. but he f'd up and the doctors helping f'd up as well for not catching it. Like the one doctor said about the hen and teeth thing.. it should neer have happened.. Plus he'll probably neer be able to have kids or function right down there.. if he had piss and urine coming out of his ass.. then i know he probably couldn't satisfy his wife.. I don't think that's listed in the side effects for the operation

IF he screwed up,and it appears he did, then yes it is a case of malpractice.
