And when (not if) they catch him, they can't even charge him for using a weapon in the crime. No guns, less jailtime.

If he had been unsuccessful.. say someone Didn't hand over the cash, what would he have been charged with? Impersonating a Brinks Security Guard? Attempted Fraud?
