Tell the truth, you're upvoting this half based on my 'what graphic is this?' comment.

LOL

I had a friend of mine Junior year who jokingly told everyone that he was going to kill our valedictorian on graduation. She knew about it and played along. Drew one day decided to add a count down to his Xanga that said "days left until graduation and Shannon's death."

Xanga found out, told the school, and he got suspended. He was a bagger at Kroger's, if that tells you anything.

ahaha This same thing happened to a friend of mine when he broke up with his girlfriend. She got on his facebook made some comments on other peoples pages saying he was going to shoot some people at school, the principal finds out, searched his book bag, locker and ripped out the back seat of his car and even though he didn't have any weapons he was suspended for three days. I'm not saying that this kid wasn't guilty, I can just see this kid being in the same situation as my friend.

MSNBC video didn't work for me either.

What did they nab him for?
Intent to kill? Sounds like a teen just saying stupid stuff.

A good lawyer should get him off and the entire ordeal might just scare him off doing something like that again.
