That cone pizza looks tasty, it got my stomach growling... Then I looked through the rest of the things... No more growling...

After going through the second page, I've had the Jones' Candy Corn Soda. It's pretty tasty, if a bit weird to get used to. And artichoke tea might be kinda good. On to the next page!

Fried bread popsicle with carrot-milk flavoring! Wow.

Are these things really so strange? I mean look at chicken nuggets, hamburgers and hot dogs. At least with most of these things shown here you can see what you are eating rather than just guess.

I agree.
Maybe I should go around and take some photos here in Texas about the pickled pork feet, bottled pig blood, and the other local stuff. If someone lives in the US, he should not be surprised over anything people eat.

I tried alligator when I was in Louisiana, and went to a little whole in the wall place in Ohio that made burgers where the meat was all crumbly...kind of like a sloppy joe but not in red sauce. It was cooked in a homespun recipe of beer and sugar and other things. Those were tasty. The alligator reminded me of not chicken, but pork. I felt I was adventurous enough there. I liked the look of the pizza cones. The "live trout" was live a long time ago. I think I would pass on their live trout. As for some of that other stuff...call me picky...but as my daughter always says to new food, "No thank you." She always is polite about it btw.

Chicken nuggets and hamburgers aren't usually strange as long as they're from a reputable source. Hot dogs though... Yeah... When I was at Celtic Classic this past year, I noticed someone hesitant about trying the Haggis. I asked them, "You've eaten a hot dog, right?" to which they replied in the affirmative. So I told them, "You've already eaten much worse than what's in Haggis then." They were still hesitant though.

It's strange how much social conditioning will affect what people think of food. Although, I'd probably try most of the stuff from that site except the "live" trout and a few other questionable items.
