A "lapse in judgment"? It seems like if anyone thought for more than three seconds about this you could see the flaw.

Thinking just isn't some peoples strong suit. Hmm, wouldn't this be cute to put candy that looks just like pills into med bottle and give them to kids. No, it won't cause problems if those same looking bottles have strong meds in them and the children think they are candy. That is what hospitals, ipecac, and stomach pumps are for.
