I thought the same thing. But it was the most touching domestic dispute I've ever heard about.

After surviving that, you would expect him to have received some superpowers, like the Fantastic Four, etc. Perhaps he now has X-ray vision, or at least a very strong magnetic personality, so that he can attract or reject people at will.

He was already pretty skilled before the strike, I see he was able to make snowballs out of hailstones. A minor feat, but a cool trick nonetheless.

i hate to belabor an old point, but it's the amps that hurt you, not the volts, a billion volts is not inherently dangerous.

Good question, I can't imagine anyone measuring it, unless he was seriously stupid. Maybe it's an average number that some boffins somewhere have calculated?
