I like the OT story where a wife of a soldier dude goes to the tent of the commander of the opposing forces. He comes in, and has his way with her. Whee! When he falls asleep afterwards, she drives a tent peg through his head, killing him!

Yay, the war is over!

Moral: Don't fall asleep after you get some strange!

Those stories are mostly true, but that is a very stylistic translation. It never gained much currency because of it.
