Becky Prosser, 7, was born with a birthmark that covered half of her face, now, doctors were able to remove it, giving her as close to a normal face as she will ever have.

I don't remember much after that.
Sirens, I think, and handcuffs.
After it was all sorted out, I think I got a medal.
Or a certificate.
