Missed an interview on NPR's "Fresh Air" that you really wanted to hear? Posted: 2 years ago by RowanGrey
Here's the link to the archived shows on NPR.org. Every show is presented in its entirety for FREE. Fresh Air is my favorite NPR show, and they always have great guests. I searched for Tom Waits and found 3 separate interviews with him. *gleep!*
If you live outside the US and haven't heard about Fresh Air, I highly suggest you give it a try. Best interview show around! Bonus points for Terry Gross having a dead sexy voice. :P
*Apologies if everyone knew this already... I just found out about it.*

Yes, I have links to many of NPRs shows. I listen to them periodically. NPR's news coverage sucks as it is more biased than any other source of news out there, but they have great entertainment shows.
Even some of these can have a strong bias to them, Terry Gross often does, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the show. And yes, Terry Gross does have a great voice. A voice that doesn't match her actual looks. I am not trying to be rude, she has commented on how people are sometimes shocked to see the way she looks and how it doesn't match what they expect from the voice.
Just a few others to enjoy:
This American Life
Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me
Science Friday
All Things Considered
Click & Clack The Car Talk Brothers
To The Best Of Our Knowledge
and many more
I always meant to post them, thanks RowanGrey, for bringing them to Plime's attention

Hooray! I love this show *and* Tom Waits...it's the best of both worlds. Thanks for the link! Some of his interviews with David Letterman are on YouTube and they are hilarious!
