The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. I took this course with my oldest 8 yrs ago or so...it was taught by a martial artist.

We can go back at ANY time to practice our moves FREE of charge and beat up the man in the red suit.

Very empowering to find out that our kicks if well placed can take a suspect down and to THINK things thru and not give into panic.

We learned how to breathe in a choke hold, how to get out of a wrist grab and how to get away in general.

My EMS company paid for our classes and it was fun and very educational.
