Really? Must be nice to turn down 44 billion. While I understand it is not an all cash offer... how can Microsoft think that such acquisitions are worthwhile. Give me 44 billion dollars and I'll hire some people, buy a bunch of smaller content providers, offer whoop-ass incentives to visit the site, and create a user experience that is second to none. Heck, I'll do it for 43 billion :P
