Places You Really Would Not Like to Visit
Places You Really Would Not Like to Visit
Due to high level of pollution, crime, over-population or other socio-economic or political issues, some places cannot even pretend to claim as being tourist destinations. Some of them have buses with bullet holes in them, some have a high rate of kidnapping and some simply represent a perfect picture of chaos. picked by maxriter 8 months ago

This article reads like it was written by a 5th grader. What gives this author the credibility to know anything about any of these places? Talk to people who have visited the sites mentioned, and I'm sure they would disagree with some of the choices.

I've been to Bombay, and yes there is the overpopulation and element of poverty and it's on a large scale - but every city has that element...painting such a bleak picture in a few sentences does not do justice to any of these places...

I have to agree with that. I've been to some of those places (Cancun, Cote d'Ivoire, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand)and would love to see other places like Papua New Guinea and Guatemala City.
None of these places are perfect, and they all have their upsides and downsides. They can all be enjoyed in their particular ways, so long as you do not expect them to be something they are not.

The article appears to be written not only by a 5th grader, but a biased and uninformed one.

Yea, what cheeselog and rambler said.

There's so many spelling and grammar mistakes, I couldn't help but laugh.

My bet is that the author had never ventured more than 100 miles from his or her hometown.

I must admit, I always have to laugh when I hear or read that name, I prefer to call it the so-called Democratic Republic of the Congo.

I'd go further and say a racist one too.
