Or at least that what I think it is :) Take pictures with your webcam with different filters... many of which are like Mac's Photobooth program.

It generates pictures, you rate how much they look like faces, and then it uses a genetic algorithm to take the best faces and mutate them to create new ones. Difficult to describe but very cool and slightly addictive.
Also check out this site which does the same thing but with a comparison-style rating system and different shapes.
