And I know lots of stupid people (not just ones with pick-ups) that don't wear their seat belts. Lots of ranchers and farmers are in and out of their vehicle several times a day, going from field to field, through gates, feeding, checking water, etc, and are less likely to be belted in on the smaller, less trafficed roads.  My uncle is a rancher, and when he's just crossing the county roads, he seldom buckles up.
