It's actually pretty long...it kind of reminds me of the first floor of the row home I grew up in. Of course...there were also two floors above it and a full basement below it!

Buy the house and do like that guy up in Blaine, WA did... secretly dig out four floors beneath the place, and include plumbing, electricity, and ventilation.

i'm not even sure if that's the smallest house. but 83 sq. ft. is pretty hard to beat.
