A great viral video by Microsoft [video]
This has been going around the web today, a video of a giant spool of cable crashing through a plate glass door.

It's actually advertising Microsoft's new VOIP service, where you don't need to install any new cables. picked by ted 7 months ago

This is version 2 of the same Microsoft commercial.

Notice that all of the equipment on the crane was in the building lobby of the first video.

My brother and I were wondering about this. We figured it was fake because
1.) why was the guy taping
2.) the spool goes perfectly through the front doors
aaannnd 3.) the way the guys let go of the spool seemed a bit suspicious.

[edit to add] oops. after watching this clip the one I saw was taped from a different angle. this one looked more realistic.
